3.1 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. 3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jili234 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jili234 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. 3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jili234 wallet instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. jili234 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jili234 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jili234 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount twenty (20) times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jili234 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

6.1 Random Number Generation

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

jili234 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by jili234 may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
